3rd Party Hate Crime Reporting – County Launch Event

Thursday 26 May 2016, 9:30-13:00pm, Gloucester

You are invited to the County Launch Event of 3rd Party Hate Crime Reporting project organised in partnership with the Gloucestershire VCS Alliance. This event is a follow-up to the pilot project Launch Event held in March 2015, which was aimed at voluntary and community sector (VCS) organisations operating in Gloucester, and marks the roll out of the project countywide.

The project continues to bring together a network of community partners within Gloucestershire who will act as ‘3rd party hate crime reporting routes’, enabling greater access for victims to report hate crime and hate incidents as well as raising awareness amongst those most at risk. Voluntary and community organisations can have a strong and trusted connections with communities affected by hate crime and can therefore play a valuable role in raising awareness and supporting victims to report in safe and familiar surroundings.
